hi im new to this forum still trying to work my way around.
i started dieting in january and lost 22lb so far but so slow im eating healthier and exercising like mad.
been watching the inspiration slide show and it really is what it says on the tin inspiratinal! well done!

if ive posted this in wrong place sorry!

any tips or advice for someone who desperatly wants to loose the flap
