Hi! I'm new here, and just trying to figure out everything. I'm 18 (kind of young, I know), and I'm hoping to lose some weight, not a huge amount, but it's still a challenge. My mom's on WW, so I do have something to follow, I just...need to kick myself and get on with it. And exercise...I need to work on that too. But I'm glad to be here and hopefully being able to talk to others will help :].

Just wanted to welcome you and wish you luck with your weightloss!
I'm doing the same as you. I'm not actually going to any meetings but I've got the weightwatchers books so I'm going to use them. This is day 2 of my diet. I lost weight with weightwatchers when I was 18, but put it back on this year cos I was pregnant! I'm 30 now, so proof you can keep it off (till you have a baby that is! lol)
