hi guys,

first of all let me just introduce my self, im tina, been on here for a while but havent been on it regularly recently.
i joined in june 2007 when i started the cambridge diet. i was 18 stone 10 and got down to 12 7. since then i have now got my self back to 13 10 which for 2 years i feel is not that bad and it could have been alot worse. thing is tho since i came off cd, my eating patterns have been so chaotic and ive actually now been diagnosed with a eating disorder obviously from going from eating nothing at all to trying to eat regularly again and it has been the hardest thing ever!

joining ww is allowing me to be monitored each week at my meetings, but also allows me to know i can eat without putting weight on which has been my main concern! i just want to know if any one has joined ww from cambridge diet, lighter life or lipotrim and how have they found their weight losses?

sorry for the introduction and a remix version of my life story ha but ur replies wud be greatly appreciated. thanks xx

Hiya meee ive come of C.D 3 weeks ago missing so much but enjoying ww again.! Within the 3 weeks i gained 1 lb last week and thats it.!! I must say i think about what i eat all the time i still havent had much Carbs still from CD.!

But following the points has helped me alot and food poistions are important i stop when full etc.! I used C.D for the finally push to reach goal which i did.!

I was 14.3 and now 10.11 and so happy i tell myself i will never be that size every again.! Even thou i really miss the weight loss on C.D the week i finished i lost 5.5 lbs ww loss is soooo slow but will keep going.!

Good luck hun if u want to support each other im up for that?? xx

hey good luck with WW, think it will be good as it does make you closely monitor what you eat and for me was a huge realisation about just how bad some foods were and what foods I could munch on till the cows came home! I managed cambridge for a good couple of hours so well done for doing so well on it!

Hello and welcome back :)
I think admitting you have a problem is the first step to getting itsorted. Just take it a day at a time and you'll be fine
goodluck

I joined WW from CD. I knew I would gain weight the first week so I had a week of eating what I wanted then joined. I lost 7.5lbs the first week, gained 0.5 2nd and lost 4.5 3rd.

One of the reasons of leaving CD was even when I was doing SS+ I was worrying that a 200cal meal could make me gain weight, not good!

Good luck!
