Look around, there are lots of ideas for food in the SW section. Find your weigh in (WI) day thread and also through the stones to goals, looking at stats you need the 12's to 11's, say hello in those for starters.

Normally can be quite funny in there at times, don't eat or drink while reading it though, as it has been known to end up on the screen!
