    Hello Everyone!

    I'm new to Lipotrim and also to this site. Did a lot of research before I decided to go ahead with it and just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts on this fabulous site, this was really what made me decide to go for it, everyone's inspirational stories and pictures were a real encouragement.

    I'm starting tomorrow. Feeling rather nervous as well as a bit of excitement. I'm worrying about how I will cope at work as I am constantly on my feet all day so worried about my energy levels, headaches etc. Plus I don't drink tea & coffee so worrying I might get board of water. But i'm excited about hopefully loosing a good amount of weight in my first week!
    I've got a big holiday booked for end of May so need to get my Bali Beach Body under way!

    If you have any hints, tips & advice you would like to share I would be very grateful and also would love to hear your stories and experiences!

    I'm off to take my 'before' pictures now!

    Water water water is key to losing the weight!

    Make sure u don't miss the shakes. Have to have the 3 shakes a day.

    Hi Victoria, welcome to Lipotrim. I'm a newbie too, just completed my first week. Anytime I'm finding it hard I come on here for some motivation or have a look at my "before" pics and that gives me the will power to continue. I haven't really had any problem with energy levels and only got very mild headaches. I don't drink tea or coffee either and thought I would get bored with water but I just keep thinking of the end result. Good luck on your first week, you'll have a beach body in no time.
