Lots of rest, lots of water and non food treats.The first 3-5 days can be fun if you do a bit of planning to ensure you don't feel deprived.Not sure what your lifestyle is but if you are indoors, you could rewatch dvds have any excuse for another bubble bath days etc and if you are out and about , slow walks, window shopping, going to a movie and once again , lots of water.
