Hi, I'm new here and looking for a bit of advice and support. Had my first baby in May and managed to gain over 6 stone (eek!) whist i was pregnant. Am now on cambridge diet which i started nearly 4 weeks ago, lost 18lbs by week 3 but haven't lost a sausage in nearly six days. I'm still in ketosis, and have been sticking to my diet, so don't understand what's going on. Any ideas anyone?

TOM? water retention/fluctuations? Most likely.

The average is 14lbs a month, and some weeks are good, others bad.... but most people will tell you it averages out. And if your in ketosis you will lose it.

Are you weighing yourself at home?

Be patient Little Chicken,
This is a marathon, not a sprint.
You have done amazingly well in 3 weeks and should be very proud of yourself. The scales will keep moving if you continue. Its just your body trying to catch up!

You have lost an amazing amount so far and sometimes you will have not so good weeks, just be proud of how much you have lost so far
