Hi, I'm new here and looking for a bit of advice and support. Had my first baby in May and managed to gain over 6 stone (eek!) whist i was pregnant. Am now on cambridge diet which i started nearly 4 weeks ago, lost 18lbs by week 3 but haven't lost a sausage in nearly six days. I'm still in ketosis, and have been sticking to my diet, so don't understand what's going on. Any ideas anyone?
