Hi Everyone!

My name is Jen and I have just started the Cambridge Diet (on day 4). Last night I thought I was going to start eating the sofa so I thought today I had better start looking for some support network to help me achieve my goals with this diet and my mum recommended this site to me.
Im 30 and have a 2 year old and 1 year old which is why Im over weight (that and my love of food in general!)
I have decided to do Cambridge in order to get some control back into my eating regime rather than just sticking anything in my mouth without thinking about it which is where I was getting to.
Throughout the pregnancy of my second son and for 6 months afterwards I attended Slimming World and did pretty well but in the last month I have managed to gain a stone so I need to take action and as Im an "all or nothing" kinda gal I figured Cambridge may be a good way to go!
Anyhoo thats about me. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
