Hi everyone!

Hi, I was doing LCHF (low carb high fat) for a month. I lost over 9 lbs by doing 20g of carbs a day or less, but I got really really tired of consuming fats and dairy. Wednesday was my last day of LCHF. Now I'm doing GI diet as of Thursday, because I really missed my veggies and fruits.

It's already taught me to eat smarter for the long term. Also learned that not all carbs are the enemy.
