Really new to all of this forum stuff, so apologies if I get something wrong!
I decided a few days ago enough was enough and I really needed to lose some weight because it keeps piling on. I quit smoking a few weeks ago and that's made me put about half a stone on so far.
So here I am at 13 1/2 stone and 5'6 with a BMI of 30.5 
Have decided that I will be following slimming world, simply because you can eat as much food as you want (within reason) and still lose weight. I've lost a lot of weight on it before and love the recipes
The thought of exercise absolutely terrifies me. I hate it. Just wondering if anyone has any strategies that they use to motivate themselves to exercise? And what types of exercise you do? I am honestly absolutely clueless at it so tend to just stick to my cross trainer when I can actually be bothered.
