I've just found this site and am amazed I've not found it sooner!!
I am 34 and live n Lancashire, I have 2 very young girls and have put on a huge amount of weight with each.
I previously followed sw a long time ago and lost 4st, but am now 17st and only 5ft 2in. I am going to follow sw again but with many more veggies and unprocessed foods this time I think
