Hi all, I'm Becca. I'm new to minimins but unfortunately I'm not new to trying to lose weight! In 2011 I lost three stone on the Motivation Diet but I have struggled and just maintained my weight since then. I still have 2ish stone to lose so I've joined slimming world and will be following the extra easy plan and hopefully will the pounds will start falling off again soon! Nice to meet everyone!
 
It's basically a protein diet. But it's not just a food plan, you learn why you eat they way you do. It's all based around self motivation and changing bad habits into good ones And you have a private session with a counsellor/consultant once a week. It's hard going but it paid off for me :)
