    Hi all,

    I am a newbie also! Just wanted to say Hi, as I found this forum last week and have been creeping around! Wanted to say thanks for all the tips on here, and congratualate you all on the support you have for each other!

    I have been using atkins for a while now on and off. I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose, only about 6lbs or so. Have been sticking to induction mostly but am thinking maybe I should move to next stage as my weight loss is less than 10lb??

    Hello louisa, hellraiser and Jim! I had a lovely weekend thanks!

    Louisa I have been doing induction for a little while now, mainly because I don't have much to lose, but have recently been thinking I should maybe move up a stage!

    I find it quite easy during the week, but the minute the weekend comes I want to be bad!!! I am a teacher so can be fine all day then the temptation comes at night!

    Ahhh!!!

    I need to be saved from myself!!

    Oh tell me about it! I was so used to indulging in chinese/Indian takeaways chocolate and nice cakes! Now I need to be good and have savoury things!

    Good Morning. That's odd, funnily enough I find weekends the easiest, mainly because I'm preparing everything I eat and not going to the temptation that is the Cafe. :)
