Hi First Day Today!

Just thought I would introduce myself, its my first day today and hoping to make this work. I lost around 3 stone about 18 months ago but did on on fat burning tablets and quicly put the weight back on and really unhappy with myself, dont want to do them again as felt terrible on them. My sister and I have both started today and hoping that we can support each othewhen it gets hard. I am going on holiday end of July so hoping to feel a bot more confident than I am now, I recently got a dress in a 16 which I have not worn and so took it back this morning and exchanged for a 12 to give me a goal to work towards :)
 
Good luck on your Cambridge journey. I'm on day 6 (step 2) had my weigh in today lost 10lbs! I also have 3 stone to lose! It's hard but do-able!

I started this diet less than 12 weeks ago 20 stone 8lb, wearing a size 22-24 .. i'm now 17 stone 4lb and ive been wearing size 16 dresses from new look!! :)
Its not until you think about little things like that, that you realise how amazing this really is! x
 
im on my 2nd day feeling ok at the moment first weigh in on tuesday excited ive got 8 stone to loose hoping to have lost it all by christmas :) x good luck and keep us updated i find this site a really big help x
 
Sarah - i have another 5/6 stone to lose. I started off a stone lighter than you and i'm now in the 17's in under 11 weeks.

hey hun that will definately go and then you will feel so much better just stick 100% and youwill be over it soon its worth it defo nothing works like this!!

Hey, youve got to day 2 so only 5 more sleeps till weigh in (thats what my sis text this morning) so just think of how happy you will be once youve had your first weigh in and had amazing results. Make sure you drink plenty of water as it will help with your headache! xxx
 
thanks for support this site helps alot yes drinking plenty of water its mid day i find the hardest i thought the night time would be the heardest for me but its not.. i get weighed on tuesday really hoping ive lost some fingers crossed x
 
because im on just 3 shakes a day my cdc told me if i find it hard to split the 3 shakes into 6 has anyone done this before?x
 
Ive heard of it but not done it yet, Im trying to hold out as long as possible for each shake, just had my first now so will try and go till tea time now and have porridge then so I can have a shake around 7/8 as i dound yest my worst time was 5-8ish x
 
im up at about 7 so have my first one then will try and hold out till 1ish but had it at 12 today then will have last one around 6... feeling better now just took some paracetomal and had shower going to take little 1 to park soon as its a gorgeous day :) x

Hiya, I'm on day 2 and doing okay, feel a bit lethargic and drained but was told that's normal for the first few days anyway. Still got 3 shakes left to have but not feeling that hungry at the moment. How are you getting on? x

- start weight 12.4 - goal weight 10.0
 
im doing good feel alot better today really looking forward to weigh in on tuesday :) x
 
Hey, im doing good to, i made a muffin at lunch which was fab and I really enjoyed it plus had a shake so I either only have 1 porridge left or I sneak a extra shake later but will see. I am really suprised at how i am feeling and cant wait for weigh in tues :)
