Hi, I'm Jacque I'm a 22 year old from Australia and I'm fat :sigh:

I've recently decided I've had enough of my aforementioned condition, and am hoping to join a like-minded community to draw on the support and inspiration.

I'm not on any special diet or anything yet, just trying to be mindful of what goes in, and moving more.
