I don't get it. So you mean, if you got the bike, should you stop doing SW? I have no idea why you would want to do that.

Common sense says stick to SW, and learn to ride the bike. Why only do one? They can both boost each other.

I am baffled by your post...
 
I think she's saying should she get the bike AND continue doing SW. In which case, definitely, as hopefully it will speed up your weight loss, but at the very least it will tone up your body. Of course you should take him up on his offer!
 
Hi Zara, yes I do think you should learn to ride a bike and carry on with slimming world. Get your body magic awards too! In fact as you have ridden a bike before you won't even have to learn, it will be "like riding a bike"
 
I do SW at home & cycle 20-30 miles 4-5 times per week. I have a steady weight loss each week on the scales, but I have lost a lot of inches & becoming quite toned. So in answer to your question, definitely yes.
