Hi , I am new

Well that's phase 1 done and I lost 7lbs over the 7 days so I'm quite pleased with that, tho obviously would have liked more :giggle:

Had shredded wheat with skimmed milk and a banana for breakfas and loved every minute of it. Got tuna salad for lunch and stuffed peppers with mince for tea followed by berries and NLY. So all in all a good day me thinks.

I haven't found it too difficult to stick to, but having said that its only start of second week :8855:
 
Well done that's great. I'm having a few days back on phase one after Chinese Saturday oops! But have decided that I will only hVe 1 meal off plan a week
