Hi, my name is Dave. Someone recommended me to this forum. I have taken a good look round and I think it is fantastic.

Over the years I have been putting on a lot of weight. I have tried most things but nothing seemed to work. I must admit that I have found the one I have been looking for. No pills, No shakes, No imposible diet. In fact it's all natural food. And I do enjoy my food. I have now started losing weight and I am finding it really easy.

I would like to talk with like minded people.
