Do you attend meetings or do your diet online? if so maybe you should write down exactly what your intake is and I mean exactly....every little morsel!! and show it to your class leader.
It may well be that you are a slow starter and your body is just adjusting to your different way of eating, dont give up keep up with the hard work and I am sure you may well get a huge surprise one week. I remember when I first started losing weight I didnt lose an ounze for 7 weeks and I was just about to throw in the towel when I stood on the scales and had lost a massive 9lbs!!!!
