So.. after loosing 2st, 2lbs on the cambridge diet back a few years ago, I've noticed that the weight is starting to creep back on.
So I'm going to do it again, this time I've shifted my goal weight to a lower number!!
In all honesty I forgot about this forum, but I suddenly remembered (whilst I'm at work.. whoops!) and I remember how important it was for my focus!
