I managed to lose 1lb this week and that was without any exercise classes because I've been in serious pain from what I now know is shingles... However I'm not hopeful for next week because I've been signed off work and told to get lots of rest... Rest does not equal much calorie burning!!!

Hopefully I've made up for it though - my birthday cake was a massive thornton's monstrosity covered in cream - delishious, but probably my calorie allowance for the week

I'll be happy as long as I don't put on any weight, although it's my bf's 18th tonight so there may be a little gain

Helloooooooooooo!!!!

I weighed in today (doing it today, meant to be tomorrow but I'm going away so won't have access to scales!) and I've lost 1kg!!!! So that's like just over 2lbs! Woop wooooooooop!

Hopefully will maintain that this week, or even better lose another 1lb!

I wasn't expecting a loss this week with it being TOTM but i have lost 1 and a half pound,so i am quite pleased,don't know if you are counting half pounds no to worry if we are just doing whole pounds
