Been doing CD since May 22nd & have lost 7st 12lb. Ive got 1st to go!

What an incredible amount of weight you've lost already. That will be so inspiring to everyone on here, including me as I want to lose about 8 stone.

I hope you're enjoying the site so far and seeing how many different subjects we all talk about?
