Hi all, i am starting slimming world today. Have been doing scottish slimmers for months now and to be honest getting fed up with it. I have been reading a lot of your food diarys and weight losses and decided to give it a go for myself. We dont have a class here in Orkney so will go it alone. I have purchased a lot of SW books and the diet looks amazing. Cant believe how much you can eat. Will update soon. :rolleyes:

1 week in and i have a 4lb loss today, doesnt feel like i am on a diet. Best eating plan i have tried as i have never once felt hungry.


Now to maintain.....
