Hi Im new!!!

Hi guys!
Well here I go again!! I ve always needed to diet last year I did the Tony Fergusan diet from boots which I found quite good but really cant afford to do it again so after a week of research Ive gone for the Dukan!! Ive really needed to get back on track since Christmas but it just hasnt happened but the weight is now creeping up and up and Im getting more and more unhappy with myself!!
I started Yesterday (sunday) and so far i think its brill, I had ham omelette for brekkie and then chicken tikka pieces followed by roast chicken for dinner, I mixed my oatbran with yoguart! Today ive had eggs for breakfast and used the oatbran to make pancake for lunch!
Im amazed that I dont feel hungry, Ive got a week off work too really make sure i stick to it!
I go away in 4 weeks and would like to think i could get rid off a stone do you think thats realistic??? Also my vice is diet coke I need to have it!! Is it ok to have on Dukan???
