Hi im new

Ust started dieting my fiancé did sw and lost like 5 stone in 6 month so now I've decided I need to lose a bit of weight so she is making me sw meals and I'm reading up on what I can and can't have but I hope this goes well and I'll keep updating on the (hopefully) weight loss it's gunna be hard tho as she is pregnant and apparently baby likes chocolate lol but I'll keep posting on here and maybe get some good ideas from the people on sw for recopies I may not have and some I have that someone might not have

Great that your OH is making SW meals for you, that's half the battle. I'm sure you will get lots of help and advice on here as it's a fab place to be.

Do start your own diary as soon as you can as then we know where to find you and keep track of your progress.
