:confused: But I still don't understand how to work out the net carbs with British food labeling if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it thank xxx :)
 
Just use the full carb content on british foods.

this would count as 12.3g carbs. In uk you dont take off anything at all.
 
It's easy as Sticky Vicky says.

All EU products have to show the fibre removed in the carb count. The rest of the world is variable.
 
the rule does not apply to fresh veg unless otherwise stated, as a rule you should only be eating fresh processed foods are a no no
