Hi My name is Martin and I have been here before..... :sigh:

I have previously lost weight on Cambridge diet and dabbled with weight watchers, diet chef and slimming world.

I am embarking on what i hope to be my final weight loss journey im at a staggering 23st 4lbs and i want to get down to at least 17st.

I'm not alone my wife is joining me this journey and we are both doing slimming world.
