Hi everyone new here
where to start where to start.. :) im 34 and and finally took the step and joined slimming world, was absolutely mortified to see my weight in digits :cry:could'nt believe that i had let myself go that much, this time im going to do it, sick of being overweight and watching my kids grow up on the side lines
any tips, ideas for motivation or just some encouraging words would be great :
 
Well I must have tried 'em all. Lost the weight OK, especially on the 'quick fix' lose a stone in a week sort of ones. Of course, it was/is the old story, put it all back on and a bit more too. I have come at 'the new me' from a different angle: Healthy eating and cooking, 3 meals a day, nothing between meals, moderate exercise which I will build up slowly as I get fitter. I don't know how much I've really lost. I go by my clothes, if they feel slack I know I'm doing right. The very best of luck to you
