I i just joined this on the app for iphone i was wondering if anyone out there is on slimming world easy extra plan and could give me some syn free or very low syn recipies would really appreciate it thanks x

best bet is check out all the different threads- there are a lot of recipes.

it's hard to give you an idea when we don't know what you like heehee
