Hi all, I'm new to this site. I'm doing Slimming World at home (not groups as can't afford it, and work shifts), I'm a mum of three children and over the last few years my weight has slowly crept up from 11 to 14 stone. I was a size 12 all the way through my teens and twenties but had got to a size 18. I started the diet on the 1st January and have been doing really well, I've nearly lost 2 stone, but I'm hitting a wall now. I really have to start exercising!
