Hi newbie to WW ProPoints

Hi All,

I've just started the weight watchers pro points plan. After many years of yo yo dieting I've finally found something that works. Loving that you can eat bread and ww cookies whilst still losing weight. Brilliant!!!! I've lost 5lbs in my 1st week and hope to lose a total of around 2 and a half stone. Look forward to sharing ideas a recipes with everyone.

Good Luck on all of your own targets too.
