Hi, yes we are supposed to have all the points although you can save up to 4 a day as long as you use them within the week.

I would have thought that as you are breastfeeding it is even more important that you follow the plan as directed. You do drop a point for every new stone bracket you get into so enjoy them while you can. Maybe have some pointed soup instead of the 0 point one to use up some of the points.

Yes, please eat all your points as it is important for your baby! There is another thread with ideas on how to use up all your points, such as having full fat milk, snacking on high point foods such as nuts, and stuff like that. :)

you should eat the points your allocated while you can! Your baby will get all the nutrients it needs from you but you need to eat those extra points for energy to look after him or her! :)
