Hi all,

I'm new to food replacement diets and I am now on Day 2 of the CD doing SS.

Today seems so much more difficult than yesterday - I've also had kids meals to make as hubby at work, but i've been very strong and resisted the massive urge to nibble on anything they're having. Thankfully, both my MIL and SIL are doing CD and MIL called today to say that she's lost another 6lbs so it's a massive inspiration for me to 'Keep Calm & Carry On'.

Fingers crossed that tomorrow is a little better.

starting tomorrow as well, im so excited but scared at the same time.

everyone on this is such an inspiration, so im ready for this! going to start a diary on this as well.

I'm only a tiny bit ahead and am in the middle of day 4 and I -definately- found day 2 the hardest, I think it was the day were Ketosis hadn't kicked in yet so my body was like "Woah, what the hell, why haven't we eaten since Saturday? Are you crazy!?" and it started kicking up a fuss - but then by day 3 I think Ketosis started to kick in. I haven't tested for ketosis, but from yesterday (day 3) there was definately a noticable difference.

Remember, week 1 is the hardest - just cling on to that wagon for dear life, it's only a few days til the bumpy bit is done!
