Hiya,
I am a new member here, I am a 23 odd stone gay man who has been trying and failing to loose weight for about 15 years.
Getting fatter and fatter by the year and really need to reverse the trend.
Its so depressing not being able to put on nice clothes or shop instore for things.
I am currently on slim fast and have had ok success.
weeks:
1. 22.11
2. 22.4
3. 22.4
4. 22.4
I replace lunch and breakfast and try to eat more healthy dinners, not always with success but at least I haven't put on anything I suppose. I think I should go down to at least 22.2 which is a good thing. I weigh in every sat.
I have been using a lot more fresh ingrediants in my cooking these days. I would never consider buying pasta sauce for example. I am so proud I have learnt to make mince with fresh garlic, onions, tomatoes and hot chillies.
Who needs that processed, full of sugar pasta sauce eh?
Just need to eat a portion for one now, and not a family of four lol.
