Hi Brian, hope your first day has gone well. I started this morning as well, the great thing about this forum is that there are so many people at all the different stages that its easy to find out what to expect.
Read some of the stories and you will be amazed at how much weight some people have lost! I'm sure I'll be re-reading them if I hit tough times on this diet and need a bit of motivation.

Cheers everyone... well I've survived through to my third morning! It's the little habits I didn't realise? The routine un-noticed indulgencies? I must say I don't like the soup... maybe made it wrong. I do like the chocolate shake best, so things are OK. I get weighed on Fridays so I will post how I got on. Thanks for the support! Brian.
i was gonna try LT but went for tony ferguson instead- gotta say the forum over there is a bit lonely :S im gonna keep coming on here instead!

Hi Brian, well done on 3 days. Friday will be here before you know it! I hate the soup and the flapjacks. I've done it twice with chocolate and vanilla shakes only. I put ice and coffee in the morning vanilla one and have the evening one as a hot chocolate. You will find your way and it wont take long before you know what works for you. Welcome to LT.x
