Hi there,

I am 54 years young, and i am in the right frame of mind to lose some weight , i am 5feet 3inches, tall and weight is 11stone 8lbs ohhh dear , i am hopeing to lose about 2 stone .

Ihave found that keeping to a lowfat way of eating works best for me in the past , so i am trying to keep to the rosemary conely way of doing things .

i am in the right mind set at the moment and thought this forum would encourage me .

i would love to be about 2stone lighter

lets hope i can keep the right frame of mind, i can remember when i was about 35 i thought i was fat when i was 9 stone how i wish i was 9 stone nowLOL
