Go into it with the right attitude and look at it as an escape from the despair of being overweight and you'll love it:)

Its the best and easiest diet I've ever done......I do however only intend doing it once!!!lol

Good luck the first few days are tough but once you get through that you feel really good and no hunger pains :)

You get results fast and the forum is a great place to meet people going through the same thing and are very helpful ;-)
Thanks ladies. Just got back from meeting with my consultant, she's lovely and really explained it all so well to me. I'm starting sole source+ so having porridge, 2 x shakes and a bar. I'm so looking forward to being me again!!!!
