Hey everyone,

I just joined this forum so thought i'd say hi :). Recently reached my high weight and now super motivated to lose some pounds! I'm not on a specific diet just low-carb and around 1000-1100 cals a day. Is anyone else on a similar plan?

I tried that for a while and it did work but i felt too restricted, but i am vegetarian which made it harder, keep up the good work anyway and well done on your weight loss so far xxx
