The wife and I have just rejoined SW.....again

Our class has a taster night coming up, and researching something to make, came up against a little dilemma.

The question we hope you could answer is: Are Quorn sausages now syn-ed?

We were under the impression they were 'free', but some research seems to say they are now 1Syn each!!

We apologise if this is an 'old' question and thanks for any help,

Hiya.
From what my leader says. Quorn changed the recipe of the sausages that making them 1 syn.
But
Quorn have now changed the recipe back to the original recipe so the sausages again are syn free.

Yes, I'm afraid so. they are syned. 1 syn each. Changed about 1 year ago.

Agreed, the low fat ones with the blue banner on the pack are free ... if you can find them!!
