Be made a couple of comments on walks but after years of dieting I am actually eating more than ever and so weigh the most I ever have. I just can't get my mojo back, I've always been a ww girl bit with being little I was eating next to nothing. Sw I find I'm treat less. What to doooooo any advice!!!!??:0)

Which of the plans do you think would fit it better with your lifestyle? I've done both over the years, I made the switch from WW to SW in January. It suits me better as there is no weighing of my portions.

Why don't you have a look around the forum and have look at some food diaries, maybe that would give you an idea of what you could eat on a typical day?
