Hi ya im new :)

    Hi ya,

    Im new here but really hope you can all help me lose some weight, i really lack will power!!

    I have around 6st to lose, at the moment im 16st 6lbs (i put on 2lbs this week!?) My highest i have been is 16st 8lbs and that was a month ago, so im 2lbs in the right direction lol

    I have just joined water aerobics and go once a week, also do a fitness video when i can at home.

    Im 23 and have a little girl, Kaydee, who is 3 in january!

    well did my water aerobics tonight and i feel better for actually doing some exercise! going to weigh myself in the morning if i remember!

    hi ya! Im just counting calories really, just cutting out junk and "Trying" to have low calorie meals lol
    Iv been exercising loads, so hopefully get there in the end :)
    Im just hoping to lose 2-3 lbs a week
