    Hi,
    Im louise,ive started slimming world again today. I done it last year but then christmas got in the way and i put the weight back on.Im doing Slimming world at home, as cant afford to go to meetings. So if anyone has any advice that will help me out and to keep me on the right path would very much appreciate it.

    Best advice is to take it a day at a time and write down what you have. You could always start a food diary and other SW followers will advise you

    I do SW from home and use my old books and get up-to-date info, inspiration and recipe ideas off this board. I've been doing the plan for a while now but I still write down in a diary what I've eaten to keep track of my syns and healthy extras, I would definitely recommend taking monthly measurements of yourself too - sometimes the scales don't seem to budge but a tape measure shows you inch loss!
