well its my first day on SS and hope to loose once and for all.......i am so excited especially after reading so many posts and seeing there weight loss tickers good to know that i am not alone...i have to loose 50lb going to visit my family in September/october haven't told them about CD want to surprize thm so badly i hope to loose at least 30lb by then or even more

first day about to end have little headache but still going strong
