I had a bit of a mishap with clothes today. I went for a walk with the other half and his parents. We were walking up a hill and my jeans fell down without me realising!!!
My knickers were on display to everyone lol.

I'm still full of aches and pains from taking part in the Race for Life on Sunday, so no exercise for me atm!!! I have got an exercise bike but I must admit I haven't been on it for a while
