I am 16.8 stone and looking to lose 4.7 stone in 52 weeks, averaging 1.2 lb loss every week. My plan is to stick to Slimming World diet and also doing a 15 minute cardio workout 6 days a week (hate gym). Wish me luck, I lost 1lb so far after 1 week on SW diet, started doing workouts, but after 1st day I am now in serious pain :) Will resume from Monday.
 
Down 15lbs so far. Yay! Doing 15 minute excercises 5-6 times every week and sticking to SW, I like it because I never feel hungry or like I am missing out.
