I am 16.8 stone and looking to lose 4.7 stone in 52 weeks, averaging 1.2 lb loss every week. My plan is to stick to Slimming World diet and also doing a 15 minute cardio workout 6 days a week (hate gym). Wish me luck, I lost 1lb so far after 1 week on SW diet, started doing workouts, but after 1st day I am now in serious pain
