Hi all,

I'm new here. I got married 2 years ago and managed to slim down nicely to 9st 3lb, although I was aiming for 9st this was fine, the dress fit, all good ;)

Since then I have had my second baby and my weight has crept up to nearly 11st. To be honest i'm not unhappy about it, i've just been very 'comfortable' and haven't been eating particularly well or exercising.

So had a lovely Christmas and ate loads and enjoyed every minute of it but we are going on holiday to Dubai on the 25th Jan and the bikini doesn't look as reat as it once did! So after new year I started back on weight watchers and being good then having done some research on it started the Dukan diet on Sunday and so am on day 4 of that hoping for a bit of a crash diet before holiday which I can then maintain with weight watchers/Dukan principles after Dubai!

Wish me luck. I was around 10st 9lbs when I started Dukan on Sunday!
