Hi All, First of all i would like to thank this forum for inspiring me to carry on. I am in my 4th week of the diet, and with a loss of 10lbs in 3 weeks (not very impressive i know) i am really getting fed up now! I was making "some food" for my teen today and was physically shaking with cravings.....its madness i nearly caved in but luckily had some chicken slices which calmed me down! Anyhow, i sat here thinking perhaps i should switch over to Atkins, but re-reading all the posts here i have the will power to go on for another week! So once again thank you. I want to lose a further 3 stones by May...possible??
