Hello, I thought i'd join a forum just for a bit more motivation in my attempts of weight loss. I'm 18, currently 82.8kg, and i'd like to just be a bit more comfortable with my body, so i think some weight needs to go first! I'm not really following any strict diet, i'm just watching what i eat a bit more, no snacking, i have a food diary. I'm trying to exercise daily but i find i am really out of shape and struggle to exercise for too long so little and often will hopefully change that. So i plan to cycle and use the wii and things to get me off my butt! I'd mainly like to loose weight off my face as i've always been a bit of a hamster cheeks which i hate! So time to loose my baby face and my flubby belly! Thanks for reading!
