Hi everyone my name is Tas im 30yrs old and overweight by 6 stones. after reading some of the post on here iv decided to join CD even contacted 1 (waiting to hear bk frm her) i hope i can do this as im not the most motivated person. my problem is i wont eat for long periods and then when i do i cnt stop, bad habit i know. just hope i have enough willpower to make it to the end. have a nice day everyone.
